Casillas Not Want to take for granted Ireland
Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas invited his colleagues to not view lightly the Republic of Ireland in the title Ukrainian-Polish Euro 2012 next year.
Since Giovani Trapatoni handled in the year 2008 ago, the Irish seemed to re-count in the eyes of world football. Although time did not transported in the 2010 World Cup event since losing to France in the play-offs, then do not make Robbie Keane et al. take a negative trend.
After winning the Carling Cup (Cup followed Rep. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales) national level by beating Wales 3-0 in February, the Trap and colleagues successfully escaped to the Euro 2012 finals after beating Estonia 5 - 1 in the play-offs, Wednesday (16/11).
Surely this is a positive achievement to look out for Spain. Being one place with Italy, and Croatia in Group C, goalkeeper for the 2010 World champion and 2008 European, Iker Casillas did not want to underestimate the potential opponent.
"It's hard to believe a team like Ireland, so we have to respect them to the fullest. They are a good team and can destroy our party," said Casillas in the Mirror Football.
"We want to retain the European title that we achieved four years ago. They will feature an exciting game but we also have to be careful." close the 30-year-old goalkeeper.
