Birth spacing 2 Years can educate smart child
Adjust the spacing is not only healthy mothers and babies but also have an effect on intelligence. The eldest son is was born two years earlier than his brother tend to be more intelligent than the child who was born near distance.
Conclusions are presented Kasey Buckles, assistant professor of economics at the University of Notre Dame. According to him two years birth spacing most ideal for children's intelligence.
Some opinions say to have the kids birth spacing can make a child grow tightly together so that their peers have. While the other opinion says you should not close spacing so that older children can be more independent when the brother was born.
"There are many conventional philosophy regarding birth spacing is best, but not much scientific evidence that can prove what is best for their children. The study is the first time," said Buckles.
He explained, if the spacing is less than two years, attention and nurturing parent to the brother may be reduced. "With two small toddlers to take care of the parents will be taken to care for a smaller," he said.
Not only that, according to research the different age of the older brother with his sister a little more likely to watch television at age 3 years and less like reading than children whose age difference of 2 years or more with his brother.
In penelitannya Buckles and his team looked at data 3,000 women who gave birth to 5000 pairs of brothers. The children were then tested for reading and math when they were aged 5 and 7 years.
The result is that different children aged 2 years or more had higher scores than children whose age was different little by little brother.
Unfortunately, the study results do not indicate whether the perceived benefits of the younger age range associated with the brother.
